Bucky's Big Top Circus is launching it's premier
circus tour throughout the northeast and now is your opportunity to bring
families together, bring the fun & excitement of the circus to your school
and raise money!
It could not be any easier to bring the circus to your school. There are
absolutely no upfront expenses on our sponsors part. Our tour will open
January 13, 2003 and we will perform on weekdays as well as weekends through
April 13, 2003. Once your committee has agreed to bring the circus to your
school a contract will be sent to you outlining the details of the
agreement. Approximately six weeks prior to the actual
appearance date you will receive a promotional packet. This packet will
contain all of the necessary information to help guide your group into
hosting a great fundraising circus. Included in the promotional packet
will be circus posters, circus tickets to sell, a coloring contest kit to
promote attendance, coupons for free children's tickets and press materials for
local media. Also included in this packet will be a copy of our liability
insurance. We will have any necessary
groups put on as additional insured to accommodate your policies.
The circus is designed to play in school gymnasiums and auditoriums. Our
professional staff will arrive the day of the show, ready to move into the
performance space as soon as the children are dismissed for the day. The
first pieces brought into the gym or auditorium are the protective floor
mats. Treating your facility with the utmost care and caution is our first
priority. We
will have everything in place for the evenings first performance just after
dinner
time. This 90 minute performance comes complete with circus ring
curb, red & white vinyl striped back drop, lighted entrance way,
professional lighting, professional sound, our full line of circus concessions
and of course the circus acts from around the world.
After the final performance is complete, our staff will load the circus out in a
timely fashion. As the crew loads out the circus, our Performance Director
will
meet with a representative from your committee to finalize our financial
agreement. Then the final step before departure is a check of the facility
by a representative from your committee or a staff member from the host school
along with our Performance Director to be sure everything is in the same
condition as when we arrived.
